If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of placing it and at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time, you will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours Before Service:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service charge.
Same-Day Service Cancellations:
Bookings for same-day services are non-refundable unless canceled within 1 hour of placing the booking.
