These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Townseva mobile application and website (collectively, the "Platform") operated by Townseva ("we," "us," or "our"), headquartered in Bhubaneshwar, Odisha, India. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Platform.
The Platform is intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering for or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
Townseva connects users with a wide range of local services available within their region, including but not limited to health, domestic, and professional services. The availability of services may vary based on location and service provider availability.
Users must register for an account to access and use certain features of the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activities or actions under your account.
You may post content such as reviews, feedback, and other communications through the Platform. You retain ownership of your content, but by posting it, you grant Townseva a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Platform.
You agree not to post any content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate. Townseva reserves the right to remove or disable access to any content at its sole discretion.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of personal data including your name, email address, location, and health-related information. We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Certain services on the Platform may require payment or subscription fees, which will be processed through our secure third-party payment gateway, Cashfree. By making a payment, you agree to Cashfree's terms and conditions. Townseva does not store or retain any payment information.
All services provided through the Platform are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Townseva makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, reliability, or suitability of any services provided by third-party service providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Townseva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or any services accessed through it.
Townseva reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or engaged in any unlawful or inappropriate activity.
If you wish to delete your Townseva account, you may do so by contacting us at support@townseva.com from your registered email address.
Upon receiving your request:
We will verify your identity for security purposes.
Your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted within a reasonable time frame.
Account deletion is irreversible; once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
Any active or pending services, bookings, or benefits associated with your account will be cancelled.
We may retain certain data as required by applicable laws or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and compliance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhubaneshwar, Odisha.
