We only consider exceptions in cases where:
The product delivered is incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
A service was not delivered at all due to an error on our part.
In such rare cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@townseva.com with appropriate documentation (such as photographs or proof of issue), and our team will investigate the matter.
TownSeva reserves the right to determine the outcome of any such exception at its sole discretion.
